Remodeled bath with repurposed sewing machine from the 1800s as vanity. This bathroom was created with a victorian aesthetic in mind with a touch of modern. The wood allowed for a subtle craftsman style feel.

Ground up granny house in downtown Nevada City

Green Granny-
This is a Zero energy small home with solar and hydronic radiant heat.
The cabinets and are Knotty alder and all the trim and doors are as well.
Flooring through out house is a colored epoxy finish.
The house was designed to match existing home from 1905 on the same property.
