We hired Ben Lovett of Lovett Building to do a remodel on a house we had purchased in Grass Valley, CA. This was after we had seen the beautiful remodel he had done of a neighbor's house with the same floor plan. The project consisting of removing walls and making a great room which consists of a kitchen, dining, breakfast nook and open living space. Part of the remodel was creating a new fireplace and we found a picture in a magazine of a fireplace we just loved and he exceeded our expectations.
